This Channel is an informative medium designed to facilitate the management of communications related to law violations, suspicions of criminal activities, breaches against the financial interests of the European Union, and/or non-compliance with the internal regulations of our entity.

Who can use the Communications Channel?

It is open to the participation of anyone who has a working, professional, commercial, or any other type of interest with us. This includes, by way of illustration but not exhaustively, the following:

• Members of the Administation
• Employees
• Clients
• Suppliers
• Interns
• Persons who maintain a professional commercial relationship with us
• Other interested parties of the Organization

What matters can be communicated through the Communications Channel?

• Suspicions of criminal offenses
• Workplace or sexual harassment
• Serious or very serious administrative breaches of the Law
• Violations of labor law in terms of safety and health
• Breaches of the interests of the European Union
• Non-compliance with the internal regulations of our organization
• Others

How will my communications be treated by the person responsible for the Communications Channel?

All information shared through this Channel will be handled confidentially. The possibility of making communications anonymously is offered. We commit to protecting at all times both the rights of the whistleblower and of the person involved, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of those who report regulatory offenses and contribute to the fight against corruption.
