Discover the food trends at Anuga 2023

In an exciting development, the Hispanagar team will participate in the prestigious Anuga Food and Beverage Fair, which will be held in Cologne, Germany,  October 7–11, 2023.  

This event is one of the most important in the global food and beverage industry, and Hispanagar is eager to show its commitment to innovation and excellence in the sector. 

Visit us in Hall 11.1, at Stand no. B034 and we will show you our wide range of food agar, which can be used in a variety of food fields: dairy products, confectionery, candies and sweets, pastries, canned meat products, etc.  

The event has also decided that the key theme will be sustainable growth, addressing industry commitment and solutions with regard to environmental and climate aspects. In this regard, Hispanagar will unveil its organic agar, Ecoagar®, aimed primarily at the growing health and organic food market. 

The Anuga Food Fair is an international showcase that brings together leading companies, producers and professionals from the food and beverage industry. With more than 7,500 exhibitors from around the world and more than 170,000 visitors expected, this fair is a unique platform to present products, establish business relationships and explore the latest market trends.
