European Bacteriological Agar has a high gel strength of 800-1100 g/cm2 and is used in 1.0 to 2.0 % concentrations.

All batches are rigorously controlled to verify their biological behavior against various cultures of known bacteria, as well as to ensure proper growth characteristics.
